Born and raised in Northeast Ohio, Brian Weir came to elder law the way most people come to it — through loss. When his grandmother passed away after a long battle with Alzheimer's dementia, Brian watched attorneys help lift an enormous burden from his father during one of the hardest periods of his life. That experience never left him.
